To err is human. We excel in identifying other's shortcomings, but find it difficult to admit our own, and fix them. What are the greatest flaws in our thinking, understanding, decision-making and implementation? Why do we make mistakes? Do we really learn from our failures? How can we make fewer errors on the way to tomorrow, so we can negotiate better, be healthier and navigate our lives more wisely and justly?
