Participation is complimentary for Israeli Presidential Conference events taking place at the Jerusalem International Convention Centre.
The Conference will take place at the Jerusalem International Convention Center, 1 Shazar Boulevard, Jerusalem.
Conference Admission Procedures
Admission to Convention Center is upon presentation of your confirmed participation slip that was sent to you by email.
Name tags will be issued to all participants. You are kindly requested to wear these tags at all times while at the Convention Center.
In order to avoid security-related complications, please be advised that weapons are prohibited in the Convention Center.
We recommend that you arrive early.
We will provide you a personal copy of the program to track the activities of the Conference. Further updates will be provided on signs at the entrance of the halls throughout the International Convention Centre. Changes will be publicized on the schedule or at information counters within the Convention Center as well as on the Conference networking application.
Plenary Session Attendance
Admission into plenary sessions is limited. Admission will be granted upon the presentation of an entrance ticket for each plenary session, which will distributed in the hours preceding the session at the information counters.
Ticket Distribution Times
Evening Plenary Session: June 19 – tickets will be available at the Conference registration counter.
Morning Plenary Sessions - tickets will be available during the morning hours.
Afternoon Plenary Session - tickets will be available from the morning until 13.00.
Evening Plenary Sessions - tickets will be available from 16.00.
Large screens in the 'Exhibition' hall will broadcast all plenary sessions for guests unable to obtain tickets to the plenary sessions.
Select panels and plenary sessions will be available for viewing in real time on the Conference website www.presidentconf.org.il.
The website will be updated with photos, articles and events taking place at the Conference on an ongoing basis.

Plenary sessions will be translated simultaneously into Hebrew, Arabic, English, Russian, and French.
Panels will be translated simultaneously into Hebrew and English.
Computers with internet access will be available at the information counters located around the Convention Center for our guests’ convenience.
Wireless internet access will also be available for guests' use in the public areas of the Convention Center.
Communication and Press Services
A communication center equipped with press services will operate in the Convention Center and will be located in proximity of the ‘Oranim’ corridor and the ‘Pinkus’ Hall.
Use of the communication center requires advanced notification. Further details are available at the information counters.
An eatery with a diverse menu will operate in the ‘Exhibition’ Hall for the duration of the Conference. In addition, refreshment bars will serve our guests in the ‘Pinkus’ and ‘Teddy’ halls.
Payment can be made in Israeli Shekels or by credit card.
Complimentary light refreshments will be provided at the Conference Opening Reception.
Food and beverages served at the Convention Center will be kosher.
Information counters will be set up throughout the Convention Center for your convenience.
A secure cloak room will be available for Conference guests for the duration of the Conference and will be located next to registration area of Conference arena.
A synagogue will be located next to the Eshkol 2 and Eshkol 3 halls and will be open for our guests for the duration of the Conference.
The Convention Center is fully accesible to all guests with disabilities.
Parking will be available at adjacent car parks to the Jerusalem International Convention Centre: the National Car Park and the National Insurance Car Park. Fees will be charged.
A complimentary shuttle service will operate for guests between the parking areas and the Conference arena.
A complimentary shuttle service betwen the Conference hotels (David Citadel, Inbal, King David, Mamilla, Prima Royal) and the Conference arena will be provided for our guests for the duration of the Conference.
The shuttle schedule will be available at the information counters at the Convention Center and at the hotels.
ROI Community and the Jerusalem Season of Culture invite you to the Israeli Party: “Battle of the Bands” - the Zappa Club, Jerusalem. Two bands will compete “head-to-head” and the crowd will determine the winner.
The event will take place Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the Zappa Club, Jerusalem, 28 Derech Hebron.
Doors open at 20:30.
Space is limited and therefore entrance is for ticketed participants only.
Complimentary tickets may be obtained at the information counters at the Conference arena, on Wednesday 20.6.12 between 13:00 and 18:00 or while supplies last.
Transportation will be provided from the Jerusalem International Convention Center for Israeli Presidential Conference participants.
